Acquiring the Map

Upon reaching the Living Lands and interacting with Garryck and Ilora, you'll meet a group of merchants. Lynna, one of these merchants, sells the "Treasure Map – Intimidating Feline Codpiece" for 115 gold. Purchase the map; it will be added to your Journal's Documents section under Paradis. The map's intriguing lore hints at the armor's origins.

Locating the Treasure

The treasure is located east of Paradis and north of the Southern Embrace, near the Gods' Gate Beacon. Circumvent the Yellowband Camp (engaging them is risky if under-leveled). Follow the path south and east of the camp. At the fork, take the right path.

You'll find a boarded-up area. Destroy the boards to reveal a chest containing your reward.
