CHASERS: Beginner's Guide to Mastering Gameplay Mechanics Without Gacha Hacks
Welcome to CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash, a thrilling, fast-paced action game where skill is the key to victory. Set in a world ravaged by endless war, you take control of elite warriors known as Chasers, tasked with eliminating corrupted beings that threaten the realms' balance. Unlike other games, CHASERS does away with pay-to-win mechanics; every character, weapon, and upgrade is earned through gameplay alone. This beginner's guide will break down the core gameplay mechanics and game modes in simple terms to help you progress quickly. Let's dive in!
Understanding the Gameplay Mechanics of CHASERS
CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash is an enticing action RPG set in a 3D simulated environment where you engage in intense, fast-paced combat. You'll control a variety of characters, officially termed "Chasers," and unlock more as you advance through the game, thanks to the absence of a gacha system. The combat mechanics are typical of modern ARPGs but with unique twists in ability execution. During battles, you'll notice two bars at the bottom of your screen: the HP (Health Points) bar and the Energy bar. Your HP bar indicates your current health; if it drops to zero, your Chaser is defeated and can't continue fighting.
The Energy bar shows your current energy level, which is consumed when using your Chaser's abilities. This energy regenerates over time or can be quickly replenished using Energy drones found in dungeons. Controls for moving your Chasers are managed via a virtual movement wheel on mobile devices, or you can opt for a more precise experience with keyboard and mouse controls on PC using BlueStacks. A unique feature in CHASERS is the "Elphis" magic, which allows your Chasers to use all their abilities without consuming Energy. This turbo mode lets you focus on executing devastating damage combos. When your Elphis bar is full, it glows blue, signaling it's ready for activation. Each Chaser has unique active abilities with specific cooldowns, and their ultimate ability, the most powerful in their arsenal, recharges as they deal and take damage.
Crafting your Team Formation in CHASERS
Strategy and team composition play a crucial role in CHASERS. You can deploy up to three unique Chasers in battles, either manually selecting them or letting the AI auto-fill the slots with the strongest available Chasers based on their power level. A standout feature of the combat system is the ability to switch between Chasers at the click of a button, with all deployed Chasers visible on the right-hand side of your screen.
To enhance your Chasers, you'll use accumulated Gold and experience materials of varying rarities. Leveling up increases their base stats like Attack, Defense, and Health, up to a certain level cap, after which they must be advanced to further increase this cap. Skilling up involves enhancing active and passive abilities with Rusty Bolt of Wave and Battle Data, improving damage multipliers and reducing cooldowns. The Breakthrough process requires duplicate Chasers, which can be purchased with premium currency from the shop. Each duplicate allows you to break through, enhancing current abilities, stats, or unlocking new ones, up to six times.
For an enhanced gaming experience, consider playing CHASERS: No Gacha Hack & Slash on a larger screen using BlueStacks on your PC or laptop, along with your keyboard and mouse for more precise control.
