The quickest way to acquire Hylea's Talon is by visiting merchants Lluisa Melcer at the Farmer's Market and Abritt Porrya in Piaza Mez Vidarro. Located in the early Emerald Stair areas, they each sell up to 5 Talons for 450 coins apiece.

Additionally, you can obtain more Hylea's Talon by dismantling unique weapons and armor found throughout the game at your party camp's workbench.
