IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please be aware that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to add tickets to your card.

The electronic purse feature allows you to choose the amount you wish to record (purchase) onto your card.

Our app supports over 90 types of tickets, covering all existing options, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards, such as those for students.

To proceed with transactions, securely enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us.

Remember to hold your Troika card against your device's NFC antenna (consult your device's user manual to locate the antenna).

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the new ticket is successfully written to your Troika card.
