Squares: Master the Daily Word Strand Puzzle! This strategic word game challenges you to form words by connecting letters on a grid, filling squares to maximize your score.

How to Play:

Connect letters in any direction – up, down, left, right, or diagonally – to create words. Your aim is to discover all the words hidden within the letter grid and achieve the highest possible score.

Game Rules:

• Scoring: Each letter in a word earns one point (e.g., a five-letter word scores five points).
• Minimum Word Length: Words must contain at least four letters.
• Letter Usage: Each tile can only be used once per word.
• Excluded Words: Hyphenated words, proper nouns, offensive language, and uncommon terms are not included in the main word list.

Bonus Words & Challenges:

• Bonus Word List: Uncommon, archaic, or slang words don't earn points but appear in a separate bonus word list. Continue searching for these even after finding all the main words!
• Word of the Day: Each puzzle features a special, often longer bonus word. Finding it rewards you with two extra hints!

Game Features:

• Daily Puzzle: A new Squares puzzle is available every day at midnight.
• Grid Rotation: Rotate the grid left or right for a fresh perspective using the buttons in the bottom right corner. Changing your viewpoint can help you uncover hidden words.
• Letter Hints: After finding 40% of the words, a hint is revealed: numbers on each letter indicate how many words begin with that letter. A missing number means no words start with that letter. Orange letters are no longer used in the main words but might be in bonus words.
• Hints System: Each puzzle offers 3-5 hints (lightbulb icon). Hints reveal the first letter of a random word and its search direction. The number of hints depends on the puzzle's difficulty. Sharing the game link with friends earns you one extra hint!
