During Shift Up's IPO press conference on June 25th, CFO Ahn Jae-woo revealed the company is actively exploring a PC version of Stellar Blade, viewing it as a significant opportunity for further monetization. This decision, according to Ahn, considers the current PS5 market distribution and the growing shift of AAA game players towards PC platforms.

Shift Up CEO Kim Hyung-Tae corroborated this, confirming the PC version is under review but declined to provide a release date due to contractual obligations. This aligns with the company's public filings indicating consideration for both a PC release and a sequel.

Kim emphasized the company's goal in developing Stellar Blade was to cultivate a high-value IP, building a global fanbase. He highlighted their avoidance of potentially damaging microtransactions and their commitment to transparency with fans.
