Witch Ascendancy Classes in PoE2
Infernalist
The Infernalist stands out as one of the most powerful Witches in PoE2, equipped with a formidable array of fire spells. If you're fond of summoning minions, you'll be thrilled to know that the Infernalist can summon the Infernal Hound from the underworld to bolster your forces. For those who crave transformation, this class offers the chance to become a demonic entity, boosting attack damage and mobility at the cost of faster health depletion. To extend your time in this fearsome form, the Loyal Hellhound skill is crucial. Additionally, the Beidat's Will node ties your Spirit to your maximum HP, encouraging investment in both HP and Strength to command an undead army around you!

Blood Mage
While not as balanced as the Infernalist, the Blood Mage offers a thrilling gameplay experience. Playing this class involves a delicate balance of life and death, thanks to Sanguimancy, which consumes HP instead of MP. This can lead to rapid demise if you're not careful. To counteract this, skills like Vitality Siphon and Life Remnants help drain health from enemies, while Sunder the Flesh enhances critical hit chances, and Gore Spike amplifies attack damage.

Sorcerer Ascendancy Classes in PoE2
Stormweaver
The Stormweaver Sorcerer excels in dealing massive elemental damage with a high critical hit chance, often triggering Elemental Storm through Tempest Caller. This class focuses on inflicting status ailments on enemies, with the help of Strike Twice. Utilizing Spirit Gems, the Stormweaver can amplify elemental damage against groups affected by negative effects. Constant Gale and Force of Will boost spell casting speed and MP regeneration, essential for a magic-heavy style. The Heart of the Storm node converts part of the Elemental Damage into an Energy Shield, enhancing survivability.

Chronomancer
The Chronomancer introduces a fresh take on combat through time manipulation, a feature not found in the original Path of Exile. Exclusive spells like Temporal Rift and Time Freeze open new avenues for strategic play. While not currently the strongest Sorcerer Ascendancy, the Chronomancer offers unique gameplay with abilities like Now and Again, which bypasses spell cooldowns, Apex of the Moment, which slows nearby monsters, and Quicksand Hourglass, which accelerates magic creation.

Warrior Ascendancy Classes in PoE2
Warbringer
The Warbringer combines war cries with totem summons, engaging in close combat to maximize melee damage. This approach is effective against bosses, as totems can distract and absorb damage. Enhance your armor penetration with Imploding Impacts and Anvil’s Weight. Warcaller’s Bellow causes enemy corpses to explode upon using a Warcry, and Greatwolf’s Howl removes Warcry cooldowns. For a defensive stance, Renly’s Training and Turtle Charm will boost your shield and blocking capabilities.

Titan
If you prefer a more controlled, less risky playstyle, the Titan is ideal. With slow but powerful attacks, Titans paralyze enemies and force them to break through thick armor. Stone Skin increases the defensive power of your gear by 50%, while Mysterious Lineage boosts your max HP by 15%. Though primarily defensive, the Titan can deal significant damage through unique abilities like Earthbreaker and Ancestral Empowerment, which enhance Slam abilities. Surprising Strength increases damage against stunned enemies by 40%.

Monk Ascendancy Classes in PoE2
Invoker
The Invoker empowers Monks to harness elemental power, granting access to potent abilities and status-enhancing effects. This melee-focused class leverages elemental damage and status effects to obliterate foes and trigger powerful effects. The ability to use Power Charges further deepens the strategic gameplay of the Invoker.

Acolyte of Chayula
The Acolyte of Chayula embraces the darkness, gaining dominion over dark forces bestowed by Chayula. The Embrace the Darkness skill allows forgoing the Spirit resource, increasing the maximum Darkness to 100 and boosting survivability. Combining Consuming Questions with Mana Leech strengthens defenses, but be cautious as this setup removes the Energy Shield’s cooldown, relying solely on MP drain, which is currently inefficient. This makes the Acolyte less powerful than the Invoker.

Mercenary Ascendancy Classes in PoE2
Witchhunter
The Witchhunter is a top-tier class in the current version of PoE2, excelling at hunting and eliminating demons and the undead. It deals increased damage on the first and last hits, swiftly clearing weaker enemies. Against bosses, passive skills like Pitiless Killer, Damage vs Low Life Enemies, and Judge, Jury, and Executioner are vital. Witchbane and No Mercy focus on reducing enemy concentration and dealing increased damage. The Zealous Inquisition node has a 10% chance to make slain enemies explode, damaging nearby foes.

Gemling Legionnaire
The Gemling Legionnaire's gameplay revolves around gems, enhancing not just their stats but also their color. Thaumaturgical Infusion increases resistances based on the number of equipped stones of a particular color, while Crystalline Potential and Implanted Gems boost skill levels. Advanced Thaumaturgy reduces skill costs and attribute requirements, and Integrated Efficiency adds three additional active skill slots. Gem Studded allows the use of two identical Support stones, opening vast potential for experimentation and powerful builds.

Ranger Ascendancy Classes in PoE2
Deadeye
The Deadeye is perfect for players who enjoy ranged combat, with passive skills that increase attack range and damage output. Endless Munitions allows for an additional projectile per skill use, ideal for clearing screens of enemies. This path suits those who prefer classic bows over modern crossbows and focus on elemental damage, benefiting from increased movement speed, extra projectiles, and an additional Mark.

Pathfinder
The Pathfinder excels in poisoning, constantly draining enemies' health with double effectiveness. Overwhelming Toxicity doubles the Poison applied but shortens the debuff duration. The class's signature weapon, the gas grenade, combined with high movement speed and slow resistance, allows for efficient battlefield coverage with toxic mist. If you enjoy unique poison mechanics, the Pathfinder is an excellent choice.

More will be added over time, and future updates may alter passive skills, so the details in this guide may differ from the final version.
