Kingdom Come II MC's Abilities Unveiled
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: A Closer Look at Village Life and Recent Controversy
Warhorse Studios continues to unveil aspects of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, focusing this time on the diverse village activities available to players. Protagonist Henry will engage in a range of activities, from simple tasks like herding sheep and drinking, to more complex interactions such as hunting, using a crossbow and bow, praying, and assisting villagers with problems – even finding antidotes for the injured.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is slated for release on February 4, 2025.
However, the game has recently faced unexpected controversy. Following the discovery of subpoenas within the game, activists launched a campaign to cancel the project. Figures such as Grummz and other self-proclaimed "agenda-driven" campaigners have amplified this effort.
The controversy intensified with reports of a Saudi Arabian ban on KCD 2, fueling speculation about "progressive" content and sparking online attacks against the developers. Social media users called for the game's cancellation and boycotts of the studio's future projects.
Warhorse Studios' PR manager, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, responded by urging players to trust the developers and to disregard unsubstantiated online claims.
