Jagex Is Launching RuneScape Stories ‘The Fall of Hallowvale’ and ‘Untold Tales of the God Wars’ as Books!

RuneScape's Gielinor world is ablaze with exciting new adventures! For fans craving tales of magic, war, and vampires, two new RuneScape stories—one novel, one comic series—are now available. These offer fresh perspectives on existing lore, promising thrilling escapades.

New RuneScape Stories Unveiled

First, the novel RuneScape: The Fall of Hallowvale plunges readers into the besieged city of Hallowvale. The malevolent Lord Drakan and his formidable army threaten to overwhelm the city. Queen Efaritay and her valiant, but outnumbered, knights stand as the last defense.

This 400-page narrative explores the harsh realities of a city fighting for survival. Can Hallowvale's defenders hold back the tide? And how far will the queen go to protect her people? Prepare for gripping choices and unexpected plot twists.

Prefer comics? RuneScape's new mini-series, Untold Tales of the God Wars, debuts its first issue on November 6th. This visually stunning series brings the legendary God Wars dungeon questline to life.

The comic follows Maro, caught in a conflict far beyond their control. Four armies clash for possession of the ultimate weapon—the Godsword—and Maro desperately seeks freedom from their master's grasp. With so many powerful forces vying for the Godsword, escape seems an impossible dream.

Each comic includes a code for 200 Runecoins. Issue #2 arrives December 4th, Issue #3 on February 19th, and the series concludes with Issue #4 on March 26th.
