Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 9: Cosmic Chaos Arrives December 3rd!

Get ready for a celestial shake-up! Hearthstone's Battlegrounds mode is launching Season 9 on December 3rd, bringing a universe of changes, updates, and brand-new features. Prepare for cosmic vibes, cutting-edge tech, and a completely overhauled minion lineup – it's a Tavern makeover like never before!

Key Changes and New Features:

Bob's Technotavern is getting a major upgrade! Season 9 resets ratings and bids farewell to Trinkets, making way for exciting new Battlegrounds Tokens. These tokens allow you to reroll a hero choice at the selection screen – perfect for escaping those less-than-ideal options.

• November 20th: Naga and Dragon reveals.
• November 21st: Quilboar and Beast reveals.
• November 22nd: Pirate and Duos-only reveals.
• November 25th: Murloc and Demon reveals.
• November 26th: Elemental and Undead reveals.
• December 2nd: Preview event streams and 31.2 patch notes.

More New Additions:

Season 9 introduces three new heroes, with Farseer Nobundo already generating buzz with his Galaxy's Lens. Nearly 90 minions and Tavern spells are either joining or leaving the pool, creating dynamic new strategies.

Solo Battlegrounds will see a damage cap adjustment: 5 damage early game, increasing to 10 on turn 4 and 15 on turn 8. This cap is removed once you reach the top 4.

Minion Release Schedule:

• December 3rd: Beasts, Dragons, Quilboar, Pirates, Naga, and Mechs enter the fray.
• December 5th: Murlocs and Demons join the battle.
• December 9th: Undead and Elementals complete the lineup.
