As a Ghoul, you unlock unique abilities like Feral and Glow. The Feral meter, starting at 100%, decreases over time but can be replenished with Chems. Here’s what the Feral meter offers:

  • Above 80%: +3 Strength, +3 Endurance, +30 Max HP
  • Above 60%: +15 Max HP
  • Above 40%: -1 Endurance, -5 Max HP
