The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point and represents a significant departure from the series' typical gameplay. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call from the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). A map reveals the Yellow card's location.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") in the Director's office to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies appear; eliminate them. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility by grappling up from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. Find four documents and place them in the file display area. Maneuquins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, small central table, and cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that spawns. The Mimic can disappear; shoot moving objects to trigger its reappearance.

Retrieving the Red Card

Proceed to the East Wing, following red carpets to stairs. In the resulting room, interact with the console to reveal the Red Card held by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight number. Activate the console and drain the water within 25 seconds by flipping switches. After draining, pursue the Mangler to retrieve the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk system. Take the elevator to the top floor. Eliminate any pursuing zombies. Answer the red phone and engage the final battle against the Disciple and a large zombie horde. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence.
