emmy offers electric moped sharing in five cities across Germany: Berlin, Dresden, Kiel, Munich, and Hamburg. We provide free-floating short-term scooter rental options, ranging from a minute to several days.

The emmy app is your gateway to scooter happiness. Use it to locate a nearby electric roller, reserve it, and unlock it. It's that simple, that's emmy.
emmy takes care of the rest - we ensure the e-scooters are charged and ready to go. You'll find two helmets of different sizes and a mobile phone holder to enhance your city journey.
Creating your emmy account is straightforward:
Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, which includes 15 free minutes.
Sign up and verify your EU driver's license: Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.
Ride: It's time to roll! Use the app to find an electric moped nearby and reserve it for free.
End your rental: Park your emmy roller in a public parking lot within our business area to conclude your rental.
How do you start an emmy electric moped?
Open the helmet box: Press the red button and take a helmet from the box.
Get it off the kickstand: Stand with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.
Flip the red switch to “ON”: Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is on and the side stand is fully folded. If you're riding a Yadea, press the “P-button”.
Start the engine: To start the moped, simultaneously pull the moped brake to activate it and press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar.

In Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden, you can ride a NIU scooter, perfect for city commuting with its lightweight design. The Yadea moped is available in Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich.
It's best to park mopeds on the street in designated areas for mopeds and bikes. Avoid parking in bike lanes, bus lanes, or pedestrian walkways.
How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?
Register with a one-time fee of €4.95 and receive 15 free minutes for your first trip (valid for 3 months). You can book and reserve a moped for free for 15 minutes. Unlocking the moped costs €1. Once you start riding, you'll be charged €0.33 per minute. You can pause your ride mid-journey at a reduced rate.

You can find over 3,800 electric sharing mopeds within our business area (visible in the emmy app) in Berlin, Kiel, Hamburg, and Munich.
