Wuthering Waves reveals Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-star Rinascita characters joining the Version 2.1 roster. This announcement follows the successful launch of Version 2.0, which introduced Carlotta and Roccia, and expanded the game's world with new areas.

Developer Kuro Games confirmed the news via official Twitter posts. While weapon types and elements are yet to be officially disclosed, lore suggests Phoebe's Spectro affiliation and Brant's swordsmanship. Zani remains the only unannounced Rinascita character. Further character reveals are anticipated, but remain unconfirmed for the 2.0 cycle.
