These powerful modifiers, selectable before a match begins, offer significant offensive and defensive boosts. Mastering them significantly enhances gameplay. What are Arcanas?

Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking the Randomazzo item activates the Arcana system and the first Arcana, Sarabande of Healing. Players choose their Arcanas on the stage selection screen before starting a run. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, but must first be unlocked.

Here are a few examples:

• Boogaloo of Illusions: Over 10 seconds, the character's area expands from -25% to +25%, gaining +1% area per level.

  • Unlock: Reach level 50 with Concetta.

• Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light sources and causing explosions on character damage.

  • Unlock: Reach level 50 with Arca.

• Silent Old Sanctuary: Provides +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Grants +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot.

  • Unlock: Reach minute 31 in the Dairy Plant.

• Blood Astronomia: Weapons create additional damage zones affected by Amount and Magnet. Enemies within Magnet range take damage based on Amount.

  • Unlock: Reach level 50 with Poe.
