To get the Neko Hatsune Miku skin, you'll need to purchase the Season 7 Fortnite Festival Music Pass, available through Fortnite Crew or for 1,400 V-Bucks. Once you've got the pass, the Neko Hatsune Miku skin is yours instantly. To unlock the additional style, which draws inspiration from the Brite Bomber skin and includes a Boogie Bomb on Miku’s waist, you'll need to earn enough XP or buy reward tiers to complete the Music Pass.

Along the way, you can snag other Hatsune Miku-themed items like the Neko Miku Keytar instrument and Back Bling, Leek-To-Go Back Bling, Miku Brite Keytar Pickaxe, Neko Miku Guitar instrument, Pickaxe and Back Bling, and various Jam Tracks.
