Ultimate Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide (Beta)

Author : Natalie Update : Apr 21,2025

If you've reached the endgame in *Arise Crossover* and find yourself puzzled about progression, leveling up, or choosing the right Shadows, this guide is crafted to help you navigate through the game with ease. Let's dive into the intricacies of Shadows, dungeons, weapons, and mounts to enhance your gameplay.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands hosts several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The game's weakest unit, Soondoo, is available right from the start, whereas the strongest, Mifalcon, can be found on Brum Island at the game's finale.

However, it's not just about the types; ranks play a crucial role. A Rank A Soondoo surpasses a Rank D Mifalcon in power. Higher-ranked units can level up further than their lower-ranked counterparts. For instance, a Rank D unit caps at Level 75, whereas an SS unit can reach up to Level 200. Your ultimate goal should be to assemble a team of four SS-ranked Mifalcons, but the journey to get there is where the fun lies.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* appear every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you enter just before a portal closes, you're granted enough time to complete the dungeon as if you've entered a new game instance.

Portals can spawn at various locations across each island, with their difficulty rank randomly assigned. Start your journey by assembling a team of Rank D units and attempt a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island. This approach will help you build a solid unit roster and possibly secure a rare (boss) Shadow Unit. Dungeons are your sole avenue for recruiting Rare Units and common units above Rank C.

When a portal spawns, seize the opportunity to enter, even if your team isn't up to par. Position yourself at the portal and wait for a more experienced player to join. Many players can solo these dungeons and are often willing to help less experienced players. This generosity from fellow gamers is key to progressing and acquiring higher-ranking units. In essence, dungeon exploration and Shadow recruitment are the heart of progression in *Arise Crossover*.

During our gameplay, a kind player guided us through a Rank A dungeon with only our Rank C units, allowing us to recruit Rank A units and reach the endgame. We later paid it forward by helping players with Rank D units navigate through a Rank S dungeon. We encourage you to embrace this community spirit.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During this Beta phase, weapons in *Arise Crossover* are largely ineffective. While they might offer some help early in the game, their impact diminishes significantly by the second island. The Iron Kando Blade, the strongest common weapon currently available, costs 60 million and deals 516,1K damage. Meanwhile, your units can unleash 200 to 400 million damage. Unless you're looking to spend extravagantly, it's wise to save your funds until the game receives updates that could enhance weapon utility.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Similar to dungeons, wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, but only one player per server can attempt to claim each mount. A server-wide message alerts players to a new mount spawn, though there's no notification when someone claims it or if it vanishes.

Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller islands between them. Refer to the developer's map for exact spawn points. Note that you can't claim the same mount twice, and capturing attempts can fail. Flying mounts are the rarest, with a 10% spawn rate, while ground mounts appear more frequently, and water mounts are available for purchase from the Boat Shop NPC.

To secure a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and swiftly check all six possible locations. While mounts aren't essential for game progression, a flying mount certainly makes traversing the game world more convenient.

That wraps up our guide for now. As *Arise Crossover* evolves with updates, we'll continue to refine this guide. In the meantime, don't forget to check out *Arise Crossover* codes for some fantastic free rewards.
