The Pokémon Company International is thrilled to announce "Pokémon: Trainer Tour," a new reality show premiering globally on Prime Video and the Roku Channel on July 31st.
Hosts Meghan Camarena (Strawburry17) and Andrew Mahone (Tricky Gym) will travel the country in a Pikachu-themed bus, meeting and mentoring aspiring Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) trainers. They'll connect with passionate fans from all backgrounds, sharing their stories and love for the Pokémon TCG and the broader Pokémon brand.
Andy Gose, Senior Director of Media Production at The Pokémon Company International, calls the show a groundbreaking series, showcasing the incredible diversity of the Pokémon fanbase. He emphasizes the show's focus on the connections forged through the Pokémon TCG.
Since its 1996 debut, the Pokémon TCG has captivated millions. Now, nearly 30 years later, it's a global phenomenon with a passionate community and a vibrant competitive scene.
