Mortal Kombat 12 Debuts on Google Search with Character Leaks

A recent data mine suggests the next wave of DLC characters for Mortal Kombat 1. This potential Kombat Pack 2 includes a mix of returning Mortal Kombat veterans and exciting guest fighters. While not officially confirmed by NetherRealm Studios, the leak points to a compelling lineup.

Mortal Kombat 1's first Kombat Pack is nearing completion with the upcoming release of Takeda Takahashi on July 30th. However, whispers of a second pack have been circulating for some time. Dataminer Interloko's latest findings fuel these rumors, proposing six new characters: three classic Mortal Kombat fighters – Cyrax, Noob Saibot, and Sektor – and three high-profile guest characters – Ghostface from the Scream franchise, Conan the Barbarian, and the T-1000 from Terminator 2.

While this information remains unconfirmed, the inclusion of Ghostface gains credence from a separate leak earlier this month. A voice line within the Mileena announcer pack hints at his arrival.

Potential Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack 2 Roster (Unconfirmed):

  • Conan the Barbarian
  • Cyrax
  • Ghostface
  • Noob Saibot
  • Sektor
  • T-1000

It's important to remember that previous leaks have suggested a different Kombat Pack 2 roster, including Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, and the Doomslayer. These earlier predictions lack the supporting evidence currently bolstering Interloko's findings.

Until NetherRealm Studios makes an official announcement, the true composition of Kombat Pack 2, and its release date, remains uncertain. Fans can likely expect more news after Takeda Takahashi's release at the end of July.
