Golden Rations are primarily obtained through two methods: exploration and cycle resets.

Exploration: Explore the game world, searching for chest icons on the map. These chests often contain resources, including a chance at Golden Rations. A Golden Ration icon above a chest indicates its contents. Areas marked with Prism icons (golden diamond) frequently have nearby chests containing Golden Rations.

Cycle Resets: Each Overgrowth instance constitutes a cycle, resetting when your revives (Rez count) deplete. Upon running out of revives, you can retry the map (losing some resources) or fully reset the cycle at the Cursed Outpost.
