Hideo Kojima shares some good news about Death Stranding 2 development

Several highly anticipated game projects are currently underway, with varying levels of public information available. While some, such as GTA 6, remain shrouded in secrecy, others offer glimpses into their development.

Recent social media posts from Hideo Kojima reveal that the Japanese voice actors for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach have finished recording their lines. Although the Japanese dub is not yet complete, the process appears to be in its final stages. The actors recently completed work on a pivotal scene featuring six main characters, prompting a celebratory gathering. Kojima expressed bittersweet feelings about concluding this phase of the project, while also expressing excitement for future collaborations.

Further details regarding Death Stranding 2 are promised during SXSW 2025 on March 10th. Whether or not a release date will be announced at that time remains to be seen.
