Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio recently unveiled new gameplay footage, showcasing the game's Hawaiian pirate adventure.
The presentation highlighted extensive ship customization, open-world sea exploration, thrilling naval battles, engaging mini-games, and diverse explorable locations. Goro Majima will boast two distinct fighting styles: a nimble, speed-based approach and a devastating style utilizing short swords and pirate weaponry.
Players can assemble a unique crew of allies, each contributing to battles, exploration, and treasure hunts. The gameplay promises the discovery of hidden islands and original side quests.
A major announcement concluded the presentation: the highly anticipated "New Game+" mode will be a free post-launch addition via a patch! This is a welcome change from the previous title, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, where this feature was exclusive to the premium edition, drawing criticism from SEGA.
