During operations in Freedom Wars Remastered, you have the flexibility to choose three comrades to accompany you, along with your Accessory and their accessories. While you can't directly control the gear of your comrades and can only level up their equipment overall, customizing your Accessory offers a unique advantage.
You can issue specific commands to your Accessory and customize it in various ways to enhance its combat efficiency. Here's how you can tailor your Accessory and select different commands for it.
How To Customize Your Accessory In Freedom Wars Remastered
Customizing your Accessory is straightforward and similar to equipping your own gear in the Loadout menu. Directly below your character's options, you'll find the Accessory section, which opens a similar loadout menu. Your Accessory can wield any weapon you possess and can also equip any compatible Modules for that weapon.
Unlike players, Accessories don't need ammunition for gun-based weapons, making them a versatile choice in combat. Additionally, you can equip your Accessory with one combat item of your choice, which it will use at its discretion. Although limited to one weapon and one combat item, your Accessory stands out due to the unique commands you can issue.
Accessory Orders
You can customize your Accessory's Orders within the Loadout menu. To change the specific orders within a set, interact with your Accessory in your cell. The fifth option from the top, "Customize Accessory," allows you to select and organize available commands into a set. You can expand the number of orders in a set by purchasing additional "Right To Assign Orders Entitlements" through the Window of Liberty Interface under the Accessory section. Remember, you choose which Order Set to use during operations from your Accessory's Loadout, and you can't alter the list of orders mid-operation. The orders you can issue include:
- Follow Me
- Stand by
- Use Medical Supplies
- Prioritize Revival
- Rescue Comrades
- Carry Citizens
- Drop Citizen
- Follow With Citizen
- Capture Enemy Control System
- Capture Nearby Control System
- Capture Neutral Control System
- Harvest Resources
These orders can be issued at any point during an operation by pressing up on the D-pad or C on PC. This allows your Accessory to handle specific tasks while your comrades focus on broader objectives.

To maximize your Accessory's utility, consider equipping these key orders:
