Farming Simulator Goes Virtual: Immersive VR Experience Arrives

Get ready for an even more immersive farming experience! Giants Software has announced Farming Simulator VR, a virtual reality game bringing the agricultural world to life like never before.

This "brand new" farming experience promises unparalleled realism. Players will independently manage every aspect of their farm, from planting and harvesting crops with realistic machinery to tending greenhouses and maintaining their vehicles. The goal? Build and expand a thriving virtual farm.

The announcement has been met with overwhelmingly positive feedback from fans. Many envision its use as an educational tool, while others are already curious about the consequences of a close encounter with a combine harvester!

Farming Simulator VR launches February 28th, exclusively for Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, and Quest Pro headsets.

What can virtual farmers expect? Giants Software promises a complete farming cycle: planting, harvesting, packaging, and selling. Greenhouse cultivation of tomatoes, eggplants, strawberries, and more will also be featured. The game will include officially licensed machinery from Case IH, CLAAS, Fendt, John Deere, and other manufacturers. Players will even be able to repair and maintain their equipment in a dedicated workshop, adding another layer of realism – including pressure washing!
