Dredge's Mobile Port Launch Postponed to 2023, Closed Beta Planned

Dredge's mobile release delayed until February 2025, but a new closed beta is now open!

Fans of Black Salt Games' Lovecraftian fishing horror, Dredge, will need to wait a little longer for the mobile port. The release has been pushed back to February 2025. However, the developers have announced a new closed beta with open sign-ups to soften the blow.

In Dredge, players become a fisherman in the eerie town of Greater Marrow. What begins as simple fishing quickly turns into a terrifying encounter with strange sea creatures, mysterious beings, and a creeping madness. The unsettling events unfolding on a nearby island add another layer of mystery and dread.

Sign up for the closed mobile beta via this Google Form. Despite the delay, Dredge's numerous awards and critical acclaim make the wait worthwhile for those who haven't experienced this unique blend of horror and fishing.

A challenging port

Having played the PC version, the delay is understandable. Porting such a large and detailed game to mobile is a significant undertaking. The additional closed beta is a smart move, allowing for more player feedback and ensuring a smoother mobile experience.
