How to Get All Eternal Holy City Okhema Treasures in Honkai Star Rail

The first floor of the Eternal Holy City Okhema is packed with treasure chests, making it a treasure hunter's paradise. Start your quest from the northern side of the bath area where you first meet Aglaea.

  • Go behind the elevator on the northern side of the bath area. You'll find a treasure chest near the Janus’ Steed shop, tucked away behind a broken pillar.
  • Near a group of three people by the staircase, another chest awaits.
  • A stack of wooden boxes hides another treasure chest.
  • Look behind a destructible blue shield for the next chest.
  • Check the shelves filled with towels for another treasure.
  • Venture down the long hallway past the Court of Seasons Space Anchor to find a chest.
  • Between the massage beds in the hot bath section, you'll discover another chest.
  • Solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle in the hot bath area to access another treasure.
  • Inside the changing room, another chest awaits.
  • In the reception room before the hot bath, you can find a chest after catching the Golden Short Spear.
  • The southeast room next to the reception area holds another chest.
  • Near Akmonides in the shallow pool, you'll find a treasure chest.
  • Right next to a stubborn Dromas creature, there's another chest.
  • Inside the pool, another treasure chest is hidden.
  • Another chest is concealed behind a destructible blue shield.
  • Solve a puzzle to obtain a chest located next to a lounge chair.
  • Within the library, near a low table in an open area, another chest awaits.
  • A room near the Hall of Respite anchor contains another treasure.
  • Destroy the shield next to the Hall of Respite anchor to reveal a chest.
  • Solve another Golden Scapegoat puzzle to access a chest.
  • On the balcony of your room, you'll find the final chest on this floor.

After exploring the bath area, move to another part of the city to continue your treasure hunt. This area has slightly fewer chests:

  • Next to the front door of a building, you'll find a chest.
  • Capture the Golden Short Spear to unlock another treasure.
  • Solve a Golden Scapegoat puzzle for a chest.
  • Two destructible shields hide another chest.
  • North of the Chartonus Smithy, you'll find a treasure.
  • Inside the Chartonus Smithy, another chest awaits.
  • Right next to the Kephale Plaza space anchor, a chest is hidden.
  • In the small cargo area next to a talking woman, another chest is concealed.
  • The Dromas stables hold another treasure.
  • On the west side of the Kephale Plaza space anchor, you'll find a chest.
  • Grab the flying Golden Short Spear to access a chest.
  • Next to a group of three talking people, the final chest on this floor awaits.

The second floor of the Eternal Holy City Okhema is less abundant in treasure chests compared to the first floor. Here are the locations you need to visit:

  • Go up to the Hero’s Bath and find a chest inside a golden fountain.
  • Grab the Golden Short Spear to unlock another treasure.
  • Next to a lounge chair, you'll find a chest.
  • A chest is located next to a low table.

  • Head to the rooftops in the Marmoreal Market. A chest is on the northern side of the rooftop area.
  • Another chest is next to the Hidden Passage point.

That's all the treasure chests you can find in the Eternal Holy City Okhema. In total, there are 42 chests, and some will require you to complete puzzles to access them.
