AFK Journey Teams Up with Fairy Tail in May Crossover

Get ready, AFK Journey fans, because the game is about to get a magical boost with its first-ever crossover event! Partnering with the beloved Japanese manga series, Fairy Tail, created by Hiro Mashima, this collaboration promises to add an extra layer of excitement to the game.

Who Are the Guests in AFK Journey’s First Crossover with Fairy Tail?

The crossover event will introduce two iconic characters from Fairy Tail: Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia. Both characters will join the new Dimensional faction, bringing their unique flair to the game. Natsu, known for his fiery spirit, is set to be an S-level character, reflecting his powerful "burn everything to the ground" attitude. Lucy, on the other hand, will be an A-level character, making her more accessible to players. While their specific roles and classes remain under wraps, the inclusion of these characters is sure to shake up the game’s meta and add thrilling dynamics to the existing factions.

When Is the Crossover Launching?

Mark your calendars! The AFK Journey x Fairy Tail collaboration is set to launch on Android on May 1st, 2025. While the duration of the event hasn't been disclosed yet, the developers have released an exciting trailer that you can watch below. As AFK Journey is a 3D open-world RPG, seeing Fairy Tail characters in this format rather than traditional anime-style images is something fans are eagerly anticipating.

Currently, AFK Journey is running the Justice Descends event, where you can meet the new Celestial Hero, Athalia, and collect Stellar Crystals and Temporal Essences. Additionally, the Dawnlight Revelry event is offering even more rewards. Be sure to check out the game on the Google Play Store to join in on the fun.
