Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout customization. While weapons and Thrones are less frequently swapped, Combat Items, being consumables with varied uses, are limited resources.

Missions sometimes yield Combat Items, but rarely enough for substantial stockpiling. Initially, only one Combat Item can be equipped; here's how to overcome these limitations.

How To Equip More Combat Items In Freedom Wars Remastered

Increasing your Combat Item capacity requires specific Entitlements. Access the "Claim Entitlements" option via the Window On Liberty in your cell. Navigate to the Equipment section, then to the One-Item Permit. Subsequent permits, acquired sequentially, increase your maximum equipped Combat Items to four.

Story progression unlocks these Permits, with all four available by CODE level 3. Each permit unlocks after purchasing the previous one. Equipping a Combat Item utilizes your entire stack; equipping a Frag Grenade, for instance, consumes your entire supply at mission start.

Accessories can also equip a single Combat Item, deployed at your discretion.

Where To Get More Combat Items In Freedom Wars Remastered

After completing the initial missions, The Warren HUB area unlocks, containing Zakka's store. Besides weapons, Zakka offers "Buy Items," categorized as Munitions and Medical Supplies.

  • Munitions: Directly damage enemies.
  • Medical Supplies: Healing, ailment cures, and ammunition replenishment.

Combat Items are individually priced; bulk purchases consume significant Entitlement Points. Donating excess resources becomes worthwhile if you require many Medkits. While Operations occasionally reward Combat Items, this isn't a reliable farming method due to mission duration and the possibility of consuming more than you gain.
