: A Multiplayer Sudoku Showdown!

Love Sudoku and want to challenge your friends? is a multiplayer version where you compete against other players or teams. The goal remains the classic Sudoku objective: fill a 9x9 grid with digits so each column, row, and 3x3 subgrid contains all digits from 1 to 9.

Before starting, choose a difficulty level (1-6, 1 being easiest, 6 hardest). This sets the initial numbers, which all players must solve simultaneously. Everyone begins with the same puzzle.

Game Modes:

• Show Opponent's Correct Numbers: Each correctly placed number is visible to all players, earning you points. You can't use a number already placed by another player. Speed and accuracy are key!
• Hidden Correct Numbers: Only your own numbers are visible. Multiple players can earn points for the same correct number.

Time-Outs: Incorrect numbers result in a time-out (default 30 seconds, configurable).

Points: Correct numbers earn points based on difficulty level; incorrect numbers deduct half that amount.

Winning: The player with the most points wins when the puzzle is solved. In "Hidden Correct Numbers" mode, the game ends when one player solves it, but others can still win by having fewer incorrect entries.

Team Play: Team up! Two teams compete, sharing notes and colors within the team. This allows for collaborative strategies.

Solving Tools:

• Pen Tool: Add notes (mini-numbers) to squares as potential candidates. Clicking a number already present removes it.
• Fill Mode: Change the background color of any square (including solved ones).
