The Magong app enhances your Magic Thousand Character Comic experience. Simply point your device at the book or cards to trigger captivating 3D Chinese character magic.

New Features (Volume 54 and beyond):

• Leader Rating System: Become a leader, strengthen your abilities through training, and engage in battles.
• Promotion Training: Collect cards and level up your leader by completing training based on vocabulary from the book.
• Card Collection: Collect three types of character cards and 20 vocabulary cards per book. View your collection in the Encyclopedia, with animations triggered by touching each card.
• Reinforcement System: Upgrade your character cards using magic stones.
• Boss Battles: Battle bosses from the comics alongside your collected characters for rewards based on your contribution.

AR Functionality:

AR effects are available for:

• Revised Edition Magic Thousand Character Comics (Volume 54+): book covers, 20 pages of text, and the front of 20 character cards.
• Revised Edition Magic Thousand Character Comics (Volume 1-53): book covers, 20 pages of text (look for the red AR mark), and the front of 20 character cards.
• Old Edition Magic Thousand Character Comics (Volume 1-44): book covers and 20 pages of text (no AR mark).
• Children's Magic Thousand Character Text Revised Edition (Volume 1-10): 212 enclosed cards.

Troubleshooting:

• Image Recognition Issues: If the app doesn't recognize a book or card, try tapping the yellow "+" button to rescan. Ensure proper lighting and that the image is clearly visible and presented squarely to the camera. Not all pages are AR-enabled; check the list above.
• App Crashes or Slow Performance: Intensive AR use may cause overheating. Close and restart the app if it becomes unresponsive. Older smartphones may experience slower performance.
• Initial App Startup Time: The app takes time to initialize its image recognition capabilities.
• Chinese Character Input: Enable the "Skip from the second Chinese character writing" option in settings to avoid repetitive input (except for pages with multiple characters).

• Low Video Recording Sound: Record audio from your device's speaker, ensuring the volume is sufficiently high.
