Hatch Elekid & Magby: Pokémon Go's Embering Egg Extravaganza

Pokémon Go's year-end event, Charged Embers Hatch Day, ignites on December 29th! This special event focuses on Elekid and Magby, offering increased chances to catch these Pokémon and their Shiny variants.

The event runs from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. During this three-hour window, Elekid and Magby will hatch much more frequently from 2km Eggs, with boosted Shiny rates. You'll also receive double Candy for every Egg hatched.

To maximize your hatching potential, a bonus period begins earlier – Friday, December 27th, at 10:00 am – lasting until Hatch Day concludes. Eggs will hatch at half the usual distance during this extended bonus. Don't forget to redeem available Pokémon Go codes for extra rewards!

Free Timed Research will be available, rewarding a Super Incubator and XP upon completion. A paid Timed Research option ($1) offers even more, including a Super Incubator, a Star Piece, and 2,500 XP. Additionally, enjoy 2x Hatch Stardust throughout the event.
