Last Rakes - Rakes Turtle

Bai Cao - Cao Rua, also known as Cao Cao, is a popular card game played during Vietnamese holidays, particularly in Northern Vietnam, where it is called 3 Cay.

Gameplay:

Each player places an equal bet at the start of the game. Cards are then dealt, and the player with the highest score wins the pot. In the event of a tie, additional cards are dealt until a clear winner emerges.

Card Distribution:

A standard deck of 52 cards is used. Cards are distributed evenly to each player, with each player receiving 3 cards.

Scoring:

• Number cards (A, 2-10): Face value
• Face cards (J, Q, K): 10 points each
• The player's score is the sum of the points on their cards. For example, a total of 26 results in a score of 6. A total of 20 points is called "Compensation" (0).
• Note: Aces, 2s, 3s, and 4s are not counted.

Special Cases:

• 3 Tien: A hand consisting of three face cards.
• 3 Scratch: A hand consisting of three of the same number card.

Winning:

The player with the highest score wins the pot. In the event of a tie, the player with the highest-ranking special case wins.
