World of Warships Legends celebrates the Lunar New Year with new Legend of Wukong event

World of Warships Legends Rings in the Lunar New Year with a Sun Wukong-Themed Event!

Wargaming's popular naval combat simulator, World of Warships Legends, is celebrating the Lunar New Year with an exciting new event centered around the legendary Sun Wukong, the Monkey King. This follows the trend of many mobile games embracing Lunar New Year celebrations in January.

The event features Sun Wukong as a commander available for all nations, alongside his Pan-Asian Tier VII Premium cruiser, the Wukong itself. Numerous other skins inspired by characters from Journey to the West will also be available. This update also includes a campaign for the French Tier VII Premium battleship Picardie.

Returning Lunar New Year Favorites and New Rewards:

This isn't just about new content; World of Warships Legends is bringing back previous Lunar New Year favorites! The Celestial Guardian commander guise returns, offering daily bonuses. Several Pan-Asian and Japanese ships will sport ornate skins. Keep an eye out for Lunar Year '25 crates in the in-game store, offering chances to obtain these rewards, including the exclusive Japanese Tier VI Premium cruiser Tokachi.
