Unova Region Arrives in Pokémon GO 2025

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!

Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)

This in-person event will transport you to the Unova region! Join fellow Trainers in Los Angeles' Rose Bowl Stadium or New Taipei City's Metropolitan Park.

Explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade) teeming with Unova Pokémon. Shiny Deerling variations await, depending on habitat and time of day.

Ticket holders can unlock Shiny Meloetta via Masterwork Research, hatch Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and more, and even encounter Shiny Pikachu with unique hats through Field Research.

Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses, Druddigon in Three-Star Raids, and Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott in One-Star Raids—all with boosted Shiny rates.

Tickets are on sale now at a discounted price: $25 USD (Los Angeles) and $630 NT (New Taipei). Add-ons offer extra bonuses, like 5,000 XP per raid completion. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8). Enjoy exclusive merchandise and team lounges!

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)

This city-wide adventure takes place in Hong Kong and São Paulo, Brazil (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time).

Join Professor Willow and Eevee to solve a Pokémon mystery! Receive an explorer hat-wearing Eevee at the start, and evolve it into Sylveon or Jolteon (while keeping the hat!). Complete the Eevee Explorers Expedition for a second hatted Eevee.

Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild. Hatch Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo. Location-specific Pokémon will also appear. Maps will be provided, and Pikachu or Eevee visors (while supplies last) will help you explore.

Tickets cost R$45 (São Paulo) and $10 USD (Hong Kong). Add-ons are available for extra items and boosted Shiny chances.
